You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.

TEK Optima Research Ltd is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our website, the DeepInsight® platform, our proprietary neural networks, growth models, and the material published on them. These works are protected by copyright laws, patent laws, and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

3.2 DeepInsight® Trademark

"DeepInsight" is a registered trademark of TEK Optima Research Ltd. You are not permitted to use this trademark without our prior written approval.

3.3 User Data

You retain all intellectual property rights in the scientific data and images you upload to the DeepInsight® platform ("User Data"). By uploading User Data, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the services to you, improving our models, and as otherwise outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Platform Availability and Liability

4.1 Service Availability

While we use secure, redundant infrastructure to host DeepInsight®, we do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons.

4.2 Limitation of Liability (B2B)

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
